Build Your Own Alpha 1-Cell Tactical Flashlight

The Elzetta Alpha Gen3 Quick-Build Configurator makes it easy to assemble your perfect flashlight. Alpha Gen3 Models produce 435 lumens from a single CR123A battery (with a 10-second burst of 535 lumens) and a full 535 lumens from a single RCR123 rechargeable cell (with a 10-second burst of 800 lumens).

Choose the low-profile standard bezel or the aggressive crenellated bezel.

Choose between the standard solid acrylic optical TIR (Total Internal Reflection) lens, or the flood lens.

Each accepts any of five unique Elzetta Tailcaps: Rotary, Click, Alpha Gen3 High-Low, 5-inch Tape Switch, or 12-inch Tape Switch.

When you complete a configuration, the description for your model choice will appear below. Read through it to make sure it is the right choice for you. If you want to try something else, just click on the dropdown boxes and select other components until you get the model that will best serve you.

NOTE: There is no “High/Strobe” tailcap for Alpha Gen3. If strobe mode is selected, strobe mode is integrated into the head and is activated with a simple double-click of the switch on ANY tailcap. Strobe MUST be selected, or the flashlight that is shipped will have NO strobe. DO NOT USE “HIGH/LOW”, ALPHA GEN2 “HIGH/LOW”, OR “HIGH/STROBE” WITH ALPHA GEN3! IT WILL DESTROY THE TAILCAP!

16340 USB Rechargeable Batteries

For use in Elzetta’s new G-Line of  Flashlights. They already come preinstalled in our new ultra-compact, lightweight Everyday Carry model G-EDC RCR, try it out! Use in place of CR123 batteries for the convenience and affordability of rechargeable batteries over having to replace with a new battery. Comes with Micro USB charging cable. Keep two of them around so they can be switched out when needed, instead of waiting for a recharge.

This cell is a high-drain IMR RCR123 protected cell that will handle up to a 3.5 amp current draw for less than 30 second durations, and 1.5 amp continuous current draw. It may safely be used in our Alpha Gen3 series for non-critical use.

A smooth low-profile bezel ring for snag-free storage and retrieval. Protects the LED and lens as well as the entire AVS head. Mil-Spec Type III hard anodized.
