Q: Can my username be changed?
A: Usernames cannot be changed once an account has been created. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Q: I cannot log into my account, can you help?
A: Yes, we can send a password reset link to your email so you can reset your password. If your account has not been suspended, that will get you back into your account. The reset link will not force a change in case you remember your credentials and do not want to change them.
Q: Why would my account be suspended?
A: There are a few reasons your account may be suspended or deleted:
- Abuse of one-time coupons, offers, or discounts by creating multiple accounts to exploit the one-time-use discount, coupon, or offer (we do monitor this). Our website allows one user account per customer. No exceptions.
- If you have engaged in fraudulent or deceptive purchasing practices.
- If your email address, URL, or IP address is found to be associated with fraud or abuse in the past by online security services.
