Elzetta Black Bones Flashlight emits 850 brilliant lumens with a mere push of the button on the simple Click Tailcap.  The field-replaceable optical lens provides unsurpassed beam quality while fully potted electronics ensure unsurpassed durability.  Operates on two (2) CR123A batteries (included) or one 18650 rechargeable battery (not included).

NOTE: Bones will no longer have a shiny or smooth surface moving forward. It will have a matte finish from now on.

“Bare Bones” refers to eliminating all manufacturing processes not necessary for a fully functional, tough, reliable flashlight, bringing the cost down as low as possible. Media blasting was one of those processes eliminated. This is what creates the matte look and feel of all other Z-Line flashlights. We added this process back into the Bones, bringing more uniformity of color and texture on the surface of the flashlight.

Media blasting was one of those processes eliminated. This is what creates the matte look and feel of all other Z-Line flashlights. Recently, we decided to add this process into manufacturing the Bones to bring more uniformity to the color and texture on the surface of the flashlight.

This Blue version of the Bones flashlight was released back in 2017, celebrating 10 years of Elzetta Design. It was a very popular release and sold out quickly! We have since received a steady stream of comments about this version and requests to bring it back. See the original Grey Bones flashlight or the Black Bones flashlight to compare.

The Blue coating on this Bones is Type II (or “regular“) anodizing, NOT Mil-Spec Type III (or “hard”) anodizing, yet it is still quite durable. The difference is in the thickness of the coating and how far the coating penetrates the aluminum surface. Some wear is expected with normal use and is not covered under warranty.

Type II regular anodizing is an aluminum only oxidation process with a thickness of coatings ranging from .0001-.0005 penetration and .0003-.0005 buildup. This is about 10 times thinner than Type III hard coating! Type II can be decoratively dyed nearly any color.

Type III hardcoat anodizing forms a thick oxide coating (.001 penetration into the substrate and .001 build up.) Type III hardcoat is much thicker and more wear-resistant, so if you are looking for the hardest coat possible, see our original Elzetta Bones Flashlight.

For our top selling flashlight model, we have put together the Deluxe Kit for Bravo B333. Model B333 is our best selling Modular Flashlight, and for good reason.  It projects a steady 850 lumens or a more manageable 25 lumens; whichever you choose whenever you choose.  Its unique High-Low Tailcap selects the output level with a simple twist of the Tailcap; no multiple clicks required.  The Standard TIR Lens provides a perfectly balanced “soft-edge” beam while the Crenellated Bezel Ring ensures you will never be left defenseless.

In addition to the AVS head with Crenellated Bezel, Standard TIR Solid Optical Acrylic Lens, and High-Low Tailcap, you will also have the smooth low-profile Standard Bezel and our TIR Optical Acrylic Flood Lens.

This kit gives you the configurations for four different models of Bravo. The B333, B343, B133, and B143. Components can be easily switched out in the field for each of these configurations. Buying each of these models separately would cost about $1,000 in total!

B333-LEO KIT – Deluxe Kit for Law Enforcement

For our top-selling duty light model, we have put together the Deluxe B333 Kit for Law Enforcement. Model B333 is our best selling Duty Flashlight and for good reason.  It projects 850 lumens, or a more manageable 25 lumens; whichever serves your situation best.  Its unique High-Low Tailcap selects the output level with a simple twist of the Tailcap. Twist all the way on for High Mode, twist off slightly to select Low Mode. With it’s simple Decoupled Binary Interface, there are no multiple clicks required.  The Standard TIR Lens provides a perfectly balanced “soft-edge” beam with plenty of  throw and spill for situational awareness while the Crenellated Bezel Ring provides a very durable strike tool for emergencies or defense.

Model C133 is a fantastic duty light for Law Enforcement officers. The Deluxe Charlie C133 Kit for Law Enforcement is fueled by three CR123a primary cells, the larger Charlie model can project a sizzling 1,350 lumens or a more manageable 40 lumens, depending on the needs of the situation at hand.  Its unique High-Low Tailcap selects the output level with a simple twist of the Tailcap. Twist all the way on for High Mode, twist off slightly to select Low Mode. With it’s simple Decoupled Binary Interface, there are no multiple clicks required.  The Standard TIR Lens provides a perfectly balanced “soft-edge” beam with plenty of  throw and spill for situational awareness.
