16340 USB Rechargeable Batteries

For use in Elzetta’s new G-Line of  Flashlights. They already come preinstalled in our new ultra-compact, lightweight Everyday Carry model G-EDC RCR, try it out! Use in place of CR123 batteries for the convenience and affordability of rechargeable batteries over having to replace with a new battery. Comes with Micro USB charging cable. Keep two of them around so they can be switched out when needed, instead of waiting for a recharge.

This cell is a high-drain IMR RCR123 protected cell that will handle up to a 3.5 amp current draw for less than 30 second durations, and 1.5 amp continuous current draw. It may safely be used in our Alpha Gen3 series for non-critical use.

USB-AA Rechargeable Batteries

1.2V / 1000mAh rechargeable NiMH battery with protection circuit. Use in place of AA batteries if you want the convenience of recharging your batteries instead of replacing with new when power gets low. Use the supplied USB/micro-USB cable to connect to a common 5V USB charging block or computer USB port to charge. Keep a spare around so they can be switched out when needed, instead of having to wait for a recharge. For use with Elzetta’s G-Line model G-EDC-AA, the new ultra-compact, very lightweight Everyday Carry flashlight.

Blue Bones Flashlight provides legendary Elzetta performance

Originally produced as a limited Special Edition, this Blue version of the Bones flashlight was released back in 2017, celebrating 10 years of Elzetta Design. It was a very popular release and sold out quickly! We have since received a steady stream of comments about this version and requests to bring it back.

The Blue coating on this Bones is Type II (or “regular“) anodizing, NOT Mil-Spec Type III (or “hard”) anodizing, yet it is still quite durable. The difference is in the thickness of the coating and how far the coating penetrates the aluminum surface. Some wear is expected with normal use and is not covered under warranty.

Type II regular anodizing is an aluminum only oxidation process with a thickness of coatings ranging from .0001-.0005 penetration and .0003-.0005 buildup. This is about 10 times thinner than Type III hard coating! Type II can be decoratively dyed nearly any color.

Type III hardcoat anodizing forms a thick oxide coating (.001 penetration into the substrate and .001 build up.) Type III hardcoat is much thicker and more wear-resistant, so if you are looking for the hardest coat possible, see our original Elzetta Bones Flashlight.
