Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship in one business day. Notification will be sent regarding orders that are delayed. Most orders are shipped via UPS. Some orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Delivery time is two to four days for most USA addresses.
Privacy & Security
We use secure encryption technology to ensure that your personal and financial information remains private and safe. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Returns
Items in as-new condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling. Returns may be sent via U.S. Postal Service (at customer’s own risk) with a copy of the Sales Receipt and a note requesting a refund. We highly recommend and prefer UPS or FEDEX to be used (for reliability and timeliness.) We suggest obtaining insurance for the Return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen Return shipments. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom engraved flashlights and bodies are not eligible for refund. (See our Return Policy for complete details.)
Sales & Price Adjustments
Elzetta Design, LLC reserves the right to discount any item(s) on our website for a specified period, discontinue products, make products exclusive, limit quantities, change product prices, and/or replace existing products at our discretion. Elzetta Design, LLC shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product or service. Example (but not limited to): we are not legally obligated to refund the difference in the retail price outside the bounds of an official sale period.
Elzetta Design, LLC is not liable for, nor will we adjust prices for products purchased before or after a sale to match the sale price. Products may only be purchased at sale price DURING the sale period. If a previously purchased item is returned during a sale, the customer may not purchase the same or similar product at sale price. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person or geographic region. And we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Account Information
If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You shall create and maintain ONE customer account only. Creating more than one account on this Site is a violation of our terms and conditions. If you create more than one account, you may be contacted and made to choose which ONE account you want to keep and maintain. All other accounts will be deleted. If the Site cannot contact you, the Site will suspend all your accounts and you will receive an email notification of the suspension. You must then contact the Site and choose to reinstate one account. Upon that request, you will receive a password reset link for only the one account you have chosen. If there are further violations of this condition you may be permanently banned from using this site.
The Site reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this Site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you whether such access to and use of this site is actually authorized by you or not, including without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including without limitations financial obligations) incurred through such access or use.
You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of this Site’s security.
