The Quick-Build Charlie Body is the central component of Elzetta 3-Cell Modular Flashlights.
The Elzetta Quick-Build Charlie Body can be assembled with an AVS Head Module to produce 1,350 lumens or with an HC Head Module to produce 900 lumens at 26,250 candela .
Your choice of a Rotary, Click, High-Low, High-Strobe, or Remote Tape Switch Tailcaps completes the flashlight.
The Body is machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a MIL-A-8625 Type III hard anodized surface.
Three CR123A batteries are included with your new Elzetta Charlie 3-Cell Flashlight Model.
Custom laser engraving is available.
Choose the low-profile standard bezel or the aggressive crenellated bezel.
Choose the AVS Head with Standard Lens or Flood Lens. Or choose the HC (High Candela) Head.
Each accepts any of six unique Elzetta Tailcaps: Rotary, Click, High-Low, High-Strobe, 5-inch Tape Switch, or 12-inch Tape Switch.

AVS Head Product Highlights:
- Three primary CR123A battery cells provide 1 hour 45 minutes of runtime.
- 16340 IMR cells may be used for Bravo lights (but not Charlie) although not recommend for critical applications.
- LED and driver circuitry in the AVS Head utilizes Elzetta’s Automatic Voltage Sensing (AVS) technology.
- Head produces 850 lumens when attached to a Bravo Body and automatically increases to 1,350 lumens when installed on a Charlie Body.
- Crenellated Bezel Ring provides scalloped profile that may be used for self-defense or strike tool and maintains a low-profile form factor at only 1.45-inch diameter.
- Field-replaceable, 7/8 inch thick solid acrylic TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optical lens, proven to tolerate the most extreme conditions.
- Standard lens projects a soft-edged beam with plenty of spill for situational awareness and threat assessment.
- Flood lens projects an evenly distributed wide-spread beam creating a room-filling “Wall of Light”.
- All electronics are fully potted for extreme durability.
HC Head Product Highlights:
- Head is safe for use with CR123a primaries and backward compatible with all Bravo and Charlie components produced since 2008!

- Field-replaceable, extra thick cover lens (4mm) molded with the same optics grade acrylic as in our AVS optics, proven to tolerate the most extreme conditions.
- Elzetta’s proprietary reflector design produces more throw as well as a dithered beam edge (spill), much like our solid TIR acrylic optics.
- Beam pattern is NOT uniform and will have a tightly focused corona yet still plenty of spill for situational awareness.
