ZSM-T Shotgun Flashlight Mount with Thumb Screw

  • Offset flashlight mount which fits most full size shotguns such as Remington 870/1100, Mossberg 500/590, Benelli M4 (except SuperNova), and Winchester 1200/1300/Defender
  • WILL NOT WORK WITH: Mossberg 590A1, Benelli M3, Benelli Super Nova, Mossberg 930 SPX. Also will not work with Mossberg Shockwave or Remington TAC-14 (neither firearm has the required 1.75” mounting space available).

This is the kit to have when you need the best possible lighting system for your shotgun. The Shotgun Illumination Kit includes our ZSM-T Shotgun Flashlight Mount with Thumb Screw and our Model B142 Modular Flashlight. We have configured Bravo model B142 specifically for shotgun applications, with the low profile standard bezel and the flood lens, producing a room-filling wall of light at a constant 850 lumens. The ZSM-T Shotgun Mount includes a thumbscrew for easier mounting and dismounting.  The Elzetta Shotgun Illumination Kit will transform your Remington, Mossberg, Winchester, or Benelli shotgun into the ultimate home defense/close quarters battle (CQB) weapon system.

WARNING: Make sure firearm is not loaded. Remove shells and examine chamber. Use safe handling procedures at all times. Do not alter or adjust unless instructed to do so below. Upon completing the installation of this product, check operation of shotgun’s pump action and ensure no interference exits.

Step 1:

  1. Assemble Shotgun Mount (with Gauge adapters, if appropriate) using a 7/64″ hex wrench for bottom screws and 5/32″ for larger top screws.
  2. Tighten bottom screws to 10 in0lbs maximum and top to 20 in-lbs. maximum.
  3. DO NOT use a ft-lb wrench.
  4. Loctite 222 is recommended for bottom fasteners.

Step 2:

  1. Disassemble Outer Clamp and re-assemble Outer Clamp using 7/64″ hex wrench and screws and nuts.
  2. Tighten all screws to 10 in-lbs. maximum.
  3. DO NOT use a ft-lb wrench.
  4. Loctite 222 is recommended except for center clamp screw.

Step 3: (Sizing Adapters are sold separately)

  • For flashlight diameters from 0.70” to 0.86” (18 to 22mm), use sizing adapters as-is.
  • For flashlight diameters from 0.87” to 0.97” (22 to 25mm), cut Adapters along red lines as shown above.

Step 4: Determine Requirement for Gauge Adapters:

  • For 12 Gauge, Adapters are not needed.
  • For 20 Gauge, trim Adapter along red lines as shown above.
  • May fit some older model .410 Gauge firearms without trimming.

Step 5: Check operation of shotgun’s action and ensure that shells feed properly from the magazine.
