With the Elzetta Bravo B344 High Output AVS Head, it generates 850 lumens which are dispersed in a wide room-filling pattern. A high-frequency strobe can be activated at any time to create an visual effect that is disorienting to many individuals. The push-button controls on/off while rotation of the Tailcap selects the mode. Screw the Tailcap all the way on for constant output or loosen it a bit (anywhere from a few degrees to 1/4 turn) to engage the strobe. The mode may be selected whether the Light is on or off. The substantial 7/8-inch-thick Flood Lens is made from solid acrylic and spills 850 lumens in a natural soft-edged manner. Two CR123A batteries (included) provide 1.5 hours of runtime. Fully potted electronics, a critical invisible feature omitted by nearly every flashlight manufacturer except Elzetta, keep circuit boards and solder joints sealed and locked in place for extreme durability.
